WE ARE Vallejo’s FAVORITE CATERER. Covid-19 Changes and Our New Hot/Cold Boxed Menu. We are in unprecedented times. Edna Campbell’s catering, management, culinary, and service staff are taking Coronavirus/Covid-19 seriously. We have heightened our protocol to ensure all food handling and sanitation are strictly adhered to. We followed the health dept and CDC guidelines on the prevention of the spread of the virus by maintaining strict hand washing sanitation to staff education. We have new practices put into place for all our staff. Our commissary kitchen and delivery vehicles are thoroughly disinfected, three-four times daily, with our food-grade no-rinse sanitizer, which kills 99.9 % of all germs and pathogens. Our delivery drivers and servers wear surgical masks, gloves, and hand sanitizing solutions to use in between deliveries to ensure safety for themselves as well as the customers we served. To reinforce the physical distancing order, we are introducing a NEW! Grab n Go Boxed Meal. Our menu of individually boxed meals is designed for our essential workers in offices, hospitals, or in the field, who rely on us to provide a high-quality nutritious meal while performing critical work.
